Are We Civilized?

Are We Civilized?

We are present in the middle of a new era. It is completely full of technological innovations. It is very much predictable that how our future and the long run is going to be. But despite all our new technology and adventures included in our routine that display us how we’re better than the years before us, have we expanded in any other ways? Does being civil only mean to become more innovative technically, or does it also implement to our morality. Obviously, the community has designed a lot more in technology and science.
Being civilized  is much more than just residing in lavish places, having computer systems in house or mobile phones in our pouches.
To be civilized is above all to know how to reside in serenity with our neighbors who live nearby and our colleagues at our workplace. Many individuals are still not prepared to reside in the group. They are self-centered and have no regards for others.
Do You know? Being civilized is much more than having top technological innovation. It’s an issue of managing our acts and behavior plus be educated. An historical Ancient thinker once said: “Know yourself”. He was right. After all, this is the way we understand and enhance ourselves. Human characteristics haven’t modified in more than 2500 decades, it seems.
If you think about the lifestyle at the office or any workplace, you will certainly discover some illustrations of bad actions, energy misuse and disfavor used by organization management against employees. Maybe you’ve already believed of eliminating the guy or, at least, do everything you can put a rock in his way.
Competition for mightiness is not only ridiculous but also risky to your mind, heart and your wellness. It results only in high blood pressure, a stressful time and can provide a Heart attack. Maybe it can lead anyone to death due to depression or he may remain at house in bed forever, just because of “competition”.
If you are opinionative and think about someone like, ” He’s no excellent in anyway”, then you are also not better than him. You are just in a different place, don’t you think so?
We Pakistani are always noticed as an uncivilized nation. We are illiberal, conservative, unrespectable and illiterate. But Still we are more civilized, trained and fearless in comparison with other civil countries. You may think How? Because we are the nation who is devoid of the basic necessities of life. A nation where food is not adequate, only the elite and upper class have the access to fresh mineral water. Lack of power and gas, unfortunately has become a regular standard of the society, countless problems. You name the issue, we have it. The life here is horrible rather miserable.
We usually Express opposition through action or words but only a few times, and then return back to our work. Moreover, when it comes to the demands and protest for our perquisite, we only put the tires on fire, keep few screaming boards, banners, and a candle light surveillance.  Then again, the next day we all get up like a regular person supposing that factors are regular now. Reason behind that? It’s clear, we are a peace-loving nation. We are not chaotic.
Here if we talk about the most civilized nation which we all know “British society”. A community, a nation, a whole country which is blessed with all the primary individual privileges, all basic with luxurious requirements of life, where the living standards are excellent and also in the reach of every common person, a lifestyle which one would desire to reside in.  However, don’t forget to mention here the last season’s riots of the U.K.. Where the upset and distressed mob burnt off whole London, UK, Birmingham, Bristol, resulting in the enormous destruction and huge financial loss. Their patience level became noticeable to the world. Their strength was now evident. The ambassador of serenity and peace appeared terribly helpless to provide what they have been claiming for ages.

Now, you can easily discriminate that who is more tolerant? More civilized? It is incredibly hard to endure in a country where governmental uncertainty has been a continuous aspect since its beginning, just like Pakistan. A nation, in which, spiritual extremism is at its optimum. Having all the bad factors, yet we the people of Pakistan enjoy our celebrations with complete passion. Be it our Eid, Freedom Day, Weddings, Birthday parties, Political events, New Year, 25 Dec and even cricket enthusiasm and celebrations go with it. We are a satisfied nation in real meanings.
We happily take a position among the bravest countries.  Because we reside in circumstances no other nation could bear to think of. We have the durability, the power of survival and above all, we have trust in ourselves. We are a very flexible nation. We always have forgiven the bad and ill of others, we only keep in mind the good part. We are a nation with positive thinking and attitude.
Be satisfied !
And civilized, You are a Pakistani.

Long Route For JUW Pharmacists

The small gate oF Pharmacy dept of JUW which used to open in Cafetaria is now closed on the order of VC. Now the girls of the pharmacy department have to walk all the way from one corner to another in round. Girls feel a lot of difficulty as they have a bit tough schedule of their Labs, and they are sometimes unable to go to café just because of their long run. It seems that VC thinks the Pharmacists are getting fat day by day, so they should have a walk in university.

“Are we looking fat to u?...then y have they closed this door, it was so much convenient for us to come café before.”,  said Sania, the student of pharmacy 2nd year.

“Oh man it’s my lab after 5 mints n I have to fight through this crod to get my lunch then have to walk 5 more mins to reach my department”. A girl named shazia of pharmacy department, complaining to herself in dismay.
The door should be opened for the convenience of the students so that they would not have to walk a long way to get their lunch,  a demand of the students from the VC of Jinnah University.

a little story about my little kitty in the form of a song....:)

Mini Market In Jinnah University

        Mini Market In Jinnah University

An eye catching event for all girls, kids and women ‘Mela’, organized on 26th march in Jinnah University for women, which depicts the hard work of many students. Full participation of the students was seen in this annual function. Stalls of foods, drinks, games, mehendi and face painting were set up in the mela in very organized way. Different swings also brightened the joy of the evening.

“I enjoyed a lot over here, I came with my sister Saba who is studying in 4th year commerce”, said Sana.

Jewelry items were also the centre of attraction for the girls, stall of cushions was in seclusion because of the high rates. Hence, we can say that a  small market was set up in the university on 26th march.

Media was also covering the event; a program of channel samaa named AAP KI BAAT was getting shooted. The host was asking the students their opinions about the earth hour.

Sindh IT minister Raza Haroon and Member of MQM’s rabita committee Faisal sabzvari took a tour of the Mela and appreciated the students for their hard work.
